Added silver grommets and neckline and one side of chest with removable surgical steel body jewelry rings. Removable steel safety pins embellished with freshwater pears and gemstones accented on collar and opposite of chest. Designed and made in house by us. *Please remove body jewelry and safety pins before washing.
