For Physical Books: If you find an error in your physical book, we recommend returning it to the original bookshop of purchase. They will be pleased to exchange it for a flawless copy. In case you encounter any challenges with this process, please send the cover and title page of the book to us. Note: If the book’s value exceeds £20, the entire book must be returned. For further assistance, email us at customersupport@tigertomepublishing.com. If you are outside the UK, please contact mswinge@tigertomepublishing.com

For E-books: For e-book related issues, kindly email customersupport@tigertomepublishing.com with details of the problem. Be sure to include information about your device (e.g., Kindle, iPad, Mac, Windows) and reading app, along with any other relevant details.

The acquisition of the majority of our published works is facilitated through established literary agents. We highly recommend seeking reputable representation, and a noteworthy starting point is the Writers’ and Artists’ Yearbook, offering comprehensive addresses of esteemed UK literary agents.

Given the nuanced submission requirements among agents, diligent review of their criteria on respective websites is imperative. It is essential to meticulously adhere to these terms. In the initial phase of text submission, literary agents typically request a sample of your writing. Subsequent to expressing interest, they may request the complete manuscript. Therefore, we strongly advise embarking on this process only when your manuscript is impeccably finished and poised for professional evaluation. Digital submission of manuscripts is the preferred method for most agents.
